Britney Spears apologized to Alexa Nikolas for yelling at her and “traumatizing” her on the set of “Zoey 101”

Earlier this year, Jamie Lynn Spears alleged in her memoir: Things I should have said that she Zoey 101 her co-star Alexa, who was 12 at the time, was spreading rumors about her. Jamie said he then turned to her older sister Britney for “guidance.”

Jamie said “a very pregnant Britney” and then came on set and talked to Alexa about the rumors. Alexa has since denied spreading rumors about Jamie.

“Britney wasted no time getting to the point. ‘Are you making fun of my sister? Telling lies and spreading rumours? You shouldn’t do that!’” Jamie Lynn wrote in the book. “Britney told her that she wouldn’t keep her job if she continued to treat people that way.”

Alexa said that a talent coordinator took her to a trailer because Britney and Jamie wanted to chat with her. Initially, she was hoping that Britney would help mediate the tension between her and Jamie.

Instead, Alexa said Jamie ran to the back of the trailer. “Suddenly, [Britney] She started yelling at me,” Alexa said, before reminding listeners that Britney has, in fact, apologized to her ever since.

Alexa said that Britney was put in a horrible situation because she was told that Alexa was abusing her sister. “She was like eight months pregnant, so she was hormonal too,” Alexa said. “I remember her rubbing her belly while she was screaming. She was very unhinged in a way that it felt like someone was manipulating her. I see Jamie back there, scared to go upstairs, letting her sister do all of her…”

“I have an adult yell at me and tell me I will never work in this industry again,” Alexa said. She then revealed that she vomited after leaving the room.

This week, Britney apologized to her again for the incident. “I was heartbroken to see your interview about your experience in the business,” Britney wrote in a post. “I know it’s been 15 years of what you’re sharing, but trust me. I know it still matters. Even though I apologized to you personally just out of ‘gut’, my heart at the time didn’t know how incredibly good my family was with the LANGUAGE! ACTING!”

“My sister was literally like my daughter growing up so I apologize for my ignorance for yelling at you when I obviously had no idea what was really going on.”

“The way you spoke gave me strength and inspiration, but I’m writing this to you today because I’m sorry I hurt your feelings! You should tell Nickelodeon to kiss your ass!”
