CPS, Get Your Business Together!!
former Child Protection Services A Colorado worker is accused of trying to get children out of their homes when their mothers rejected her sexual advances.
Robin Nesitawho is the partner of the former Aurora Police Chief Vanessa WilsonIn May, she got into some legal trouble after filing a false police report against Aurora City Council A member shortly after leaving her job at Arapahoe County Human Services. Nisita is believed to have called the child abuse hotline from her cell phone and brought charges against her. Daniel Gorensky, saying that the council member had inappropriate contact with her son. This came shortly after Daniel spoke publicly against Wilson, and presumably this is what prompted Robin to take revenge. After months of research and a lack of evidence, law enforcement authorities concluded that the report was entirely fabricated.

Jurinsky is suing ACHS for the false allegations against her – but this class action only appears to have exposed disturbing allegations against the defendant. The lawsuit, which was formally filed last Wednesday, involves more than 40 people and alleges Nisita used her time working at CPS to blackmail women who refused her sexual advances…
What is this nonsense!
Cite the legal documents ABC7 Nikita will try to “enter into sexual relations” with clients she was currently investigating:
“[Niceta would attempt to] Engaging in sexual relations with parents and caregivers in which she was actively investigating, including by serving alcoholic beverages in her personal home and giving her personal cell phone number.”
terrible! But it only gets worse because if the parent or caretaker rejects her advances, she will allegedly threaten and actively work to remove said child from the guardian’s care. Just awful, these poor families deserve so much better than to be taken advantage of by someone they are supposed to be able to trust. And more than 40 people accuse her of this abuse! A very ridiculous number! If all of this is true, how did you get away with this alleged behavior for so long?
according to People Whoever obtained the lawsuit, each alleged victim’s story was “virtually identical,” including more alleged false accusations made against them, suggesting that this wasn’t the first time Robin had lied to the child abuse hotline:
“[The victims] She suffered nearly identical behavior, including investigation based on false allegations… and being exposed [Niceta’s] Unconstitutional attempts to separate her from her child.”
In an interview with KDVR-TVAttorney Elliot Singer He recounted interactions one of his clients had with his former caseworker. Robin allegedly gave her cell phone number to the victim and suggested she “come to her personal residence” as things took a frightening turn:
“When I got there, she invited Nisita the target in this investigation to her home, and offered her an alcoholic drink. Once she refused what was clearly a sexual advance, she basically turned on her and did everything she could to make sure the baby was permanently removed.”
Nesita reportedly did not file an appeal over the charges against her, but the ACHS responded in a statement to the allegations in May which said it was taking the matter “extremely seriously”:
“Arapahoe County also takes allegations of false reporting seriously — particularly when it comes to employees. We have zero tolerance for this type of behavior, which undermines the critical work of our team. Upon receiving an allegation of false reporting by an employee, we immediately engage the authorities of Law enforcement and we have conducted an internal investigation. It would be inappropriate to provide any further comment on this personnel matter.”
These accusations are very disturbing and come only a few weeks after a CPS worker in Austin, Texas was fired after telling a 14-year-old girl she should become a prostitute!
