Zakir Hasan was seen attending the press conference and revealed the conversation with Virat Kohli and Rahul Dravid. “He (Virat Kohli) congratulated me and I thanked him. Sir (Dravid) told me I hit very well and then he congratulated me. When a great player and coach like him comes and says those words, he really feels good.” Zakir Hasan said.

Big fight for Bangladesh

Not many would have thought the Test Match would make it to Day 5 given the way Bangladesh played in the first innings. The batsmen showed a lot of character as the Indian bowlers bowled their hearts out and consistently hit good lines and lengths.

The pacers had to struggle a lot as there was no significant help from the field. Surprisingly, sprinter Mohammed Siraj did not reap any rewards for his impeccable bowling. Bangladesh made a statement to World Cricket that they are not just a participating team. Bangladesh are unlikely to win the Test Match from here as they need to score another 241 runs with just 4 wickets remaining.
