“Some of it is menopause, some of it is aging. I realize I can’t push myself as hard as I used to. That doesn’t work for me,” she said. “That when I tear a muscle or throw something and then I’m out. The recovery time is not the same.”
“You end up balancing between staying fit enough and being kind enough to your body to stay in the game,” he added.
Michelle also said that there have been mood swings and some weight gain. “I never used to weigh myself. I’m not trying to stick to numbers, but when you’re going through menopause, you have this slow progress that you just don’t realize.
