Pacific Island countries to develop advanced warning system for tuna migration

SYDNEY, Apr 19 (IPS) – Climate change and warming ocean waters are causing tuna fisheries to migrate to international waters, far from a country’s jurisdiction, putting the food and economic security of many countries at risk and Pacific island territories.
