Brendon McCullum on Rehan Ahmed

Brendon McCullum was having an interaction with BBC Test Match Special and was asked if Rehan Ahmed would get an IPL contract.

“That would be great. It would be amazing if he did. Why not? Why not have the opportunity to go and play with different coaches and different captains and rub shoulders with different players and pick up on those experiences? What 18-year-old kid in will any other place in world cricket have those opportunities? I think we should encourage him. He has a real future. He’s a guy who’s been on the English cricket radar for a while.” Brendon McCullum said.

Poor Pakistani performance

Pakistan would lament the fact that they failed to capture the key moments of the match.
