Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine Developing ‘Goldilocks and the Three Bears’ Movie (Exclusive)

Reese Witherspoon and Sarah Harden’s producer Hello Sunshine and Build-A-Bear Entertainment have teamed up to develop a reimagining of the classic children’s story, Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

The film, which marks the first feature film from Hello Sunshine’s children’s and animation division, will be a modern take on the classic story that leans on the title character as a powerful female lead..

Witherspoon and Hello Sunshine’s head of animation and kids Claire Curley will executive produce the project along with Build-A-Bear’s Sharon Price John and Foundation Media Partners’ Patrick Hughes.

This is the first partnership between Hello Sunshine and Build-A-Bear, the global family-brand toy and entertainment company that is a division of Foundation Media.
