Selena Gomez showed off her cozy off-duty style on Tuesday and her more polished, event-ready fall style on Wednesday. The singer appeared at a New York screening of her Apple TV+ documentary my mind and I, wearing an olive green coat by Sézane with a black mini dress and boots. Her hair was brushed down in soft waves.

Gomez spoke with Vulture last month about how it felt to see the project, which captured his life journey and mental health over a period of six years.

I think it brought me back to a weather,” she began. “The things I was seeing from 2016, 2017, 2018, I can’t believe I was that girl. That breaks my heart. I’m grateful to be on the other side, but when I saw, for example, the first part of the movie where i talk about my body i don’t want to cry right now but i was completely upset with myself i couldn’t believe the things i aspired to be which really isn’t possible unless you have a lot of money and are willing to spend it to do that to yourself. It really broke my heart. That’s not the feeling I want to give anyone. I hope not. So to see it was a bit shocking and upsetting.”

“But I feel genuinely proud,” she continued. “I’ve had so many moments with people, really genuine moments, where women in their 40s tell me about their divorce or something they’re going through. I can’t help but love people for who they are, even when it’s frustrating and even when I shouldn’t. I believe in people. Ultimately, I sacrificed my story, which I don’t care about, it’s just a little weird, I hope it serves a greater purpose and can continue as a conversation for people.”
