Son Ann Heck, 20, will be named legal guardian of brother, 13, after mom’s death

The petition was filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court on August 31, according to court documents obtained by Hollywood Live. The recording comes about two weeks after Anne’s tragic death. Homer also requested that he be responsible for his late mother’s estate because she died intestate.

“The estate consists of (ii) intestate heirs – Homer Heche Laffoon and Atlas Heche Laffoon. Homer Heche Laffoon is an adult and proposed administrator. “Atlas Heche Laffoon is a minor,” the filing reads. which specifically requests that the designated guardian be given the power to waive the surety on behalf of the minor.” Court documents list only Homer and Atlas as heirs to Anne’s estate, whose value was not known at the time of submission.

Anne’s children were born from all of her long-term relationships. Homer was born in 2002 to Anne and her husband at the time, Cole Lavon. Atlas was welcomed into the world in 2009 by Ann and her partner for more than 10 years, James Tupper.

On August 23, Anne’s remains were cremated and her ashes laid to rest in a mausoleum at Forever Hollywood Cemetery in Los Angeles.
