Stats prove how AJ Brown has changed the Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles made a bold move to trade for AJ Brown just before the 2022 NFL Draft.

However, the trade is paying off for the Eagles this season.

While they did give up a first-round pick for the former Tennessee Titans wide receiver, it’s proving to be a smart move.

So how is the young receiver turning things around with the Eagles and their offense?

Brown is a big threat to the Eagles

All NFL teams look for players who are a big threat during games.

However, not all NFL teams have this luxury.

But with Brown, the Eagles have the luxury of having a wide receiver every game.

His five touchdowns of 25+ yards more than double those of all Eagles receivers in the 2021 season.

With him on the field, quarterback Jalen Hurts is having an MVP season.

Brown is also performing at a high level in 2022 as he leads the team in receiving yards (950) and touchdowns (9).

He also has the longest reception for the Eagles in 2022 (54) and is second in yards after reception (351).

With him crushing nearly every stat this season for the Eagles, it’s clear he’s improving his offense.

He’s improving the offense in other ways, too, though, as everyone is firing on all cylinders with him around.

He’s a key player behind a portion of Hurts’ passing numbers in 2022.

While Hurts gets the MVP treatment this season, it’s Brown who’s helping him reach MVP status.

With him in Philly, the team has a star receiver who is elevating everyone around him on offense.
