With these two players as second- and third-place contenders against Jefferson, he’s showing pure dominance in 2022.

However, he is looking to crush another stat in the last three games of 2022.

Jefferson seeks to set a single-season receiving yards record

With three games remaining, Jefferson is 341 yards shy of tying Calvin Johnson’s record for receiving yards.

While the Vikings could yank Jefferson if they can’t clinch the number one playoff seed, he still has a chance to break this record.

If the Vikings let him play, he has three opponents that rank in the top 15 in pass defense.

While he wants to break this record, the Vikings’ playoff placement will decide whether or not he plays.
