India Clears $1 Billion Mahanadi Coalfields Listing in One of Year’s Biggest IPOs
India’s markets regulator has cleared Coal India’s Mahanadi Coalfields unit for a stock market listing in which the state miner will sell a 10% stake, in what is expected to be one of the country’s biggest offerings this year.
