Judge Throws Out Trump Bid to Block Alaska Senate Certification
A federal judge in Anchorage has thrown out the Trump administration’s lawsuit seeking to block certification of Alaska’s Senate race if the Republican incumbent loses, ruling two days before the midterm vote that the government offered no workable plan that would preserve the secrecy of the ballot.
