‘Watch out’, ‘The King begins’ – PSG fans are boldly predicting Lionel Messi after checking the starting line-up for the match against Toulouse

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) fans are delighted to see Lionel Messi in the starting line-up ahead of the Ligue 1 match against Toulouse tonight (31 August).

The striker enjoyed an astonishing level for the Parisians in his last four matches with the team, providing three goals and two assists. He will be joined alongside Neymar Jr and Kylian Mbappe, all of whom have scored goals and enjoyed at a high level so far this season.

After a poor season last season, the Argentine playmaker appears to have adapted to life in Paris. He has communicated well with his teammates and has scored more goals so far this season. He scored four goals and provided assists in five matches in all competitions.

His exciting new career with PSG fans saw him move to Twitter. Some have made bold claims about the striker, some even stating that a trilogy is coming.

After a poor 1-1 draw with Marseille in their last game, Messi and his teammates are hoping to improve against Toulouse. The Argentine striker will play with three attacking spears alongside Neymar and Mbappe.

Behind them, in the middle third, Danilo, Marco Verratti and Vitina will be looking to control rhythm and actions.

Mukiele and Nuno Mendes will serve as full backs, while Sergio Ramos and Marquinhos will serve as central defence.

Among the sticks, Gianluigi Donnarumma will look to provide a clean cover for Christophe Galtier’s men.

Galtier has just started his life in the dugout at the Parc des Princes, but the manager is already excited to work with the Argentine maestro.

Speaking to the press earlier in the month (via Jules), the French coach expressed how impressed he is with Messi’s behavior so far. The manager also noted that the striker became a role model and inspiration for the team, having won everything in football.

While the striker left Barcelona due to the financial situation at the Camp Nou last summer, he has already won the league title with the Parisians.

With a year remaining on his contract, Messi hopes to be able to win the Champions League alongside his former Blaugrana teammate Neymar.

With a great start to the season, PSG are already looking to win another league title, but are hoping to add a continental title to the mix.
