The Ethiopian government and the rebels pledge to speed up aid to war-torn Tigray.

The Ethiopian government and the rebels agreed to allow immediate humanitarian access to Tigray and other northern regions.

The compromise, signed in Nairobi, Kenya, is the latest step to end two years of conflict.

It follows last week’s talks on the implementation of a peace agreement agreed in early November.

The war has killed tens of thousands of people and forced millions from their homes.

So is peace possible in Northern Ethiopia?
