Hackers Hijack Russian and Ukrainian Emergency Apps to Send Fake Nuclear Warnings
Emergency warning apps in Russia and Ukraine were hacked within hours of each other, sending millions of people false alerts about nuclear strikes, radiation and chemical attacks. Both governments say their wider warning systems kept working, and no link between the two incidents has been established.
