Russian overnight attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure left more than 180,000 customers without power in the Zhytomyr region and heavily damaged a DTEK facility in Odesa, officials said on Tuesday, as Moscow claimed a wider strike on power plants and substations that could not be independently verified.
